2. Scope of this Policy
This policy applies exclusively to floor installation and painting services provided directly by Prime Planning and Builders Inc., under a signed or electronically accepted service agreement.
3. Refunds Before Project Start
a. If the client cancels the agreement before the project begins, they may request a 100% refund of any payment made, provided that:
✅ Written notice is given at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date.
✅ No material purchases, permits, or logistical expenses have been incurred.
b If Prime has already incurred expenses (e.g., materials, transportation), those costs will be deducted from the refund, with an itemized breakdown provided to the client.
4. Cancellations After Work Has Started
a. If the client cancels after the work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued only for the unexecuted portion of the work, minus:
✅ Labor and materials already used.
✅ A 10% cancellation fee based on the remaining balance, to cover administrative and rescheduling costs.
5. Dissatisfaction With Service
a.Prime stands behind the quality of its workmanship. If the client is not satisfied with the result:
✅ A formal complaint must be submitted by email within 5 business days of project delivery.
✅ Prime will review the case and, if a technical failure or contractual breach is confirmed, will offer free corrections or a pro-rated refund based on the affected area.
6. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
✅ Defective or unsuitable materials provided by the client.
✅ Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations made after project completion.
✅ Delays or cancellations due to third parties or force majeure events (see “Force Majeure” clause in the Terms of Service)
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the client must:
1. Email info@primeplanbuild.com including:
✅ Full name and contract number
✅ Reason for the request
✅ Supporting photos or documentation (if applicable)
2. Prime will respond within 5 business days with the outcome of the evaluation.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Policy Updates
Prime reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. All updates will be posted with a visible effective date and will not retroactively affect signed agreements.
